Ms. Pritina A. Bhavsar is originally from New York City and now has made Canada her home. Ms. Bhavsar graduated with a B.A. in Administration of Justice (with Honors) from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She attended and received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in West Hartford, Connecticut.

Most noteworthy, Ms. Bhavsar was involved in litigating the case captioned For the People’s Theatres of N.Y., Inc. v. City of New York, 20 A.D.3d 1, 793 N.Y.S.2d 356 (1st Dept. 2005). This case involved the representation of adult nightclub businesses with regard to securing their First Amendment rights against the City of New York’s unconstitutional implementation of the 2002 Amendments to the New York City’s Adult Use Zoning Regulations.
